DDCP sets targets for its 45th year of business
Nasugbu, Batangas – Preparing for its anniversary, Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines sets net revenue target of “45M @ 45Y”, during the Annual Business Planning Workshop held from 5 – 7 November 2015
Coming up with a minimum profit target of “45M @ 45Y”, DDCP has successfully completed its first Annual Business Planning Workshop held on November 5-7, 2015 at Canyon Cove, Nasugbu, Batangas.
Setting directions during its first Strategic Planning Workshop in 2014, DDCP management and key department heads have again worked together to set business targets during the three-day planning workshop. Aside from laying out financial targets, company five-year plans that are focused towards developing manpower skills, competitive employee benefits aligned with the drilling industry, establishing safety policies and procedures, and fully-furnished DDCP Luzon and VisMin Hubs, were presented during the planning workshop.
The purchase of additional virtually new surface and underground drill machines (1 LF 230, 2 LM 90, 4 Kempe), and sound marketing strategies, helped DDCP land outside drilling projects from Department of Energy (DOE), D.M Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. (DMWAI), Lima Land Incorporated(Aboitiz Group of Companies). The successful delivery of these projects marked by an improvement of DDCP’s crew in terms of meterage and recovery performances - clear results of technical personnel trainings conducted and implemented. Highlighting DDCP’s accomplishments starting in 2014 makes company management feel that a minimum net revenue target of PhP45,000,000 in 2016 during DDCP’s 45th anniversary is achievable.
